We accept the following payment methods: Multibanco, MB WAY, bank transfer, Google Pay, and Apple Pay.

Each payment method has its own operating system and processing timeframes.

If you choose bank transfer, which is a non-automated system without computer-based tracking, you must send us the payment proof by email after completing the transfer. Only in this way will we be notified of the payment and proceed with the processing of your order.

5. Shipping and Delivery or Order Fulfilment

Products or services purchased on our website or online store are valid for mainland Portugal and, where applicable, the Azores, Madeira, and European Union countries.

Each destination involves different delivery costs and timeframes, as described below:

– Mainland Portugal: €7, 24/48 hours.

– Azores and Madeira: €17, 72 hours.

– European Union: €27, 10 business days.

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at the time of purchase.

Shipping is free for orders of €150 or more.

Delivery times are indicative and non-binding and may be subject to delays depending on product or service availability, the date and time of payment and its validation, the correct provision of personal data for billing and shipping, or unforeseen circumstances involving the carrier.

By making a purchase, it is assumed that delays in delivery may occur and the customer accepts that such delays may happen. Therefore, we assume no responsibility for any damages resulting from delays in the delivery or fulfilment of orders.

6. Cancellation, Returns and Exchanges

Before the preparation or shipment of a purchase, the customer may cancel the order of products or services and is entitled to a refund of the amount paid, except in the case of personalised products or services for which preparation has already begun.

Before proceeding with cancellation, you must contact us to check the status of your order, and only under these conditions may you request its cancellation.

Under the law, you may also return or exchange a product within a maximum period of 14 days, provided that the product is intact, in its original packaging, and in saleable condition. Products whose original packaging is damaged, written on, or has labels attached will not be accepted.

Perishable products, customised products, or sealed products containing copyable digital content that have been opened cannot be returned or exchanged.

Refunds will be made by bank transfer within a maximum period of 30 days. Administrative costs are non-refundable, namely the fees charged by payment intermediaries (variable fees ranging from 3% to 4%).
